Scuba diving can be a family activity. What is better than giving your children a chance to discover the underwater world at an early age, acquiring real comfort in the water while having fun? You can find below the list of PADI activities especially suitable for them:
Ages 8 and up: The Bubblemaker program allows children to experience the underwater world. We let them discover basics of diving in a swimming pool by safely taking them to a depth of 2 meters. It is an equivalent to the Discover Scuba Diving.
Price: 60 CHF
Ages 8 and up: If your child enjoyed his/her Bubblemaker or asks to complete a diving program directly, he/she is ready for PADI Seal Team. It allows him/her to practice and learn diving while having fun by completing 5 basic missions, which can be supplemented by 10 additional missions. It is practiced in a swimming pool to a depth of 4 meters. In addition, starting from 10 years old, if your child qualified as a Seal Team member, he/she can be part of Junior Scuba Diver or Junior Open Water Diver programs.
Duration: each Aquamission lasts about an hour.
Price: 550 CHF for 5 basic missions, plus 90 CHF for each additional mission.
We also provide private lessons for your child to make his/her Bubblemaker or the Seal Team program in your own swimming pool. Or why not organize a birthday part for his/her friends b making them discover scuba diving? See our Services page.
Ages 10 and up: Children can also take part from the age of 10 to the core PADI scuba diving lessons in order to become certified scuba divers like adults, however with restricted depth ranges. Please see our page Courses.
